City of Odem Utility Billing – New Online Payment System
The City of Odem has launched a new online payment website and pay by phone telephone number to make paying your water bill easier and more convenient.
About Our Utility Billing Department
Our Utility Billing Department works to provide accurate and timely customer service to all water, sewer, and garbage customers. We work very hard to serve each customer by providing helpful information in person, by phone, by mail, or through the internet.
The Utility Billing Department is responsible for:
- Generating bills for all city metered accounts
- Processing payments
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Processing work orders for customers who are moving
Our office is committed to handling each resident’s concerns with respect and courtesy, while treating all customers equally.
Payment Options
You can choose from two simple ways to pay:
Quick Pay
- Enter your account number to find your bill
- Make a one-time payment without creating an account
Sign In / Sign Up
Register using your account number and your last payment amount. Once registered, you will have access to:
- AutoPay – Set it up once and never miss a due date
- E-Billing – Go paperless and receive bills by email
- Billing History – View past payments and charges anytime.
- Text Notifications – Get reminders directly to your phone
- Phone Call Preferences – Choose to opt out of automated calls

Payment Processing Fees
Please note: Online and phone payments are subject to a small processing fee charged by the payment processor.
- Utility Billing Credit/Debit Card Payments – [3.7% or $2.50 minimum]
- Miscellaneous Credit/Debit Card Payments – [3.75% or $2.50 minimum]
- Example: Community Center Rentals.
These fees are collected by the payment processor, not the City of Odem.
