Our Utility Billing Department works to provide accurate and timely customer service to all water, sewer, and garbage customers. We work very hard to serve each customer providing helpful information in person, by phone, by mail or through the internet. The Utility Billing Department is responsible for generating bills for all city metered accounts. We also process payments, set up new customer accounts and process work orders for customers who are moving. Our office is committed to handling each resident’s concerns with respect and courtesy while treating all equally.
