The Board of Directors is responsible for assessing the economic development needs of the City, advising the City Council in the development of related policy, assisting develop+s who wish to expand or diversify the revenue base, recruiting economic development prospects. The commission is to improve the quality of life in Odem and instill pride in the community by creating economic success and job creating that reflects the needs of the community
