RULES FOR WATER OR SEWER SERVICE CALLS
Customer has water or sewer problem: If it’s not on the City side, the customer will be charged a $20.00 service fee during office hours or $30.00 fee after hours.
Private bulk water sales by truck, rail car or other means of container: The rate is $25.00 per thousand.
All new water lines installed by developers, the water rate will be $25.00 per thousand for construction and disinfectant.
Outside City – If we have to bring the water line from across a road, the customer has to go before the Commissioners Court for approval before the City begins work
